Do I need to change my email provider or address?

No. RoqDesk works with the mailbox you already have — sign in with Google for Gmail or Workspace, or connect any IMAP account (Outlook, your own domain, and more). Your email address stays exactly the same.

Can I set up a new email address?

Of course. You can ask customers to send requests directly to a new mailbox or you may want to manually forward on any emails which land in any of your existing mailboxes to RoqDesk so RoqDesk only sees the emails you want to action.

Is it really one flat fee with no per-seat pricing?

Yes. One simple monthly subscription covers your whole team — invite as many people as you like with no per-user or per-seat charges. You’ll never be penalised for growing.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

No long-term contract. RoqDesk is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you need to — there are no lock-ins or exit fees.

Will RoqDesk change or delete my emails?

RoqDesk works alongside your inbox, not instead of it. Read and flag states stay in step thanks to two-way sync. Emails that are assigned as tasks are moved in to a RoqDesk folder in your mailbox so you can always refer back to them. You can manually delete emails from within RoqDesk to keep your inbox lean, those go in to your mailbox Trash folder. All changes made to your email in RoqDesk are non destructive.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most teams are up and running in around five minutes: connect your mailbox, invite your team, and start assigning. There’s no migration — free onboarding help is included.

Is my data kept secure?

Yes. Connections are encrypted in transit, mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest, and RoqDesk only requests the access it needs to do its job. Your inbox stays yours.

Can I see RoqDesk before I commit?

Can I have RoqDesk modified?
